Did God curse Africa with natural resources?

From congo to sierra leone to Nigeria and now to Mozambique it is the same old story of failure, suffering, mismanagement, and corruption, African countries blessed with natural resources have failed their people and they have failed Africa, because of your failure your people are dying in the Darien gap and the Mediterranean.

For example in Mozambique they have a lot of Rubies and they make millions of dollars but the region where they get these resources from is very poor and according to the Mozambican constitution they are supposed to funnel some percentage of that money back into those communities but they have corruption running in their veins, they have neglected those communities, this would automatically bring rise to conflicts with the host communities thereby giving birth to militia groups and in turn, this would lead to war and instability making the already bad situation of the people worse, this is why you have wars all over Africa because the government simply refused to obey their own constitution, instead opting to fill their bellies with ill-gotten wealth.

The story is the same in Nigeria whereby the region that produces all the oil wealth is poverty-stricken, their communities have been destroyed by oil spills and they can no longer even fish in their rivers anymore, years of corruption by the government in collusion with western multinationals have destroyed Nigeria.

Congo is a blessed country, even king Leopold the Belgian genocidal criminal looted and looted and till today Congo still has a lot of mineral resources that would last a lifetime, but look at Congo today, the Country is a mess, killing every day, they are busy killing each other while the westerners and the Chinese are shipping out their resources.

And that leads me to ask this question.

Did God curse Africa with mineral resources, for me, I say YES because I see it as a curse and not a blessing.
